We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or health records through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, to provide the insurance services you ask about, and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party processors
We use Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp) to process form submissions and to send email. Information you submit is stored on Mailchimp's platform and handled under their privacy terms. We use Calendly for scheduling calls. These providers process data on our behalf.
Links to third-party sites (travel insurance)
Our travel insurance buttons send you to third-party platforms (RedTravel and Mundial, operated by Redbridge) to get a quote or buy a policy. Those sites are not operated by us. Any information you enter there is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this one.
Data retention
We retain your data for 7 years to comply with insurance record requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email kskrans@akapr.com and we will respond. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
